IMPORTANT REMINDER (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING):

We charge strictly per kilo, not per load.
Rush orders are charged double, including any same-day or next-day request.
Pick-up after 12:00 PM is considered next-day processing, regardless of delivery selection.
Choosing “regular” but requesting faster delivery will still be treated as a rush order and billed accordingly.
Minimum charges apply: 10 kg for clothes, 6 kg for bedsheets or towels.
First-time clients and rush orders require 50% down payment before processing.
Remaining balance is due before release or delivery.
Payment required before release.
Special handling (such as separate washing, branded or imported detergents, or fragrance requests) will incur additional handling fees.
Misunderstandings about pricing or service selection will not be accepted as valid reasons to delay or refuse payment.​​​
All transactions are subject to our Terms of Service. By booking, you acknowledge and accept our pricing, turnaround classifications (including rush reclassifications), and waive the right to dispute these once your order has been processed.
