1. What are your operating hours?
We operate daily from 8:00 AM to midnight, ensuring convenience for all your laundry needs.

2. What is your turnaround time?

Regular Laundry:

Pick-ups before 12 noon: Delivered within 48 hours.

Pick-ups after 12 noon: Considered for next-day processing, with delivery within 48 hours from then.

Express Service:

Pick-ups before 12 noon: Delivered on the same day.

Pick-ups after 12 noon: Delivered the next day.

Dry Cleaning and Specialty Services:

Requires more time due to the delicate nature of the items. Turnaround time is typically 3–7 days, depending on the service.

3. Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
Yes, we offer pick-up and delivery across Metro Manila, Laguna, and Cavite. Simply book through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling us.

4. What is the minimum weight for laundry orders?
Our minimum order for Wash & Fold is 10kg, exclusive of delivery fees.
We accept orders under the minimum but those orders will be subject to a fee that reflects the difference. (In other words, you’ll pay a minimum of 10kg per order, even if the cost of services is less than 10kg.
The order minimum is waived if your order includes items in two or more of the following service types: (1) Dry Cleaning and Launder & Press, (2) Hand Wash, (3) Carpet Cleaning.

5. How do I pay for my service?
We accept the following payment methods:

6. What happens if my items are lost or damaged?
We handle every item with the utmost care. However, in the rare event of loss or damage:

Items will be assessed, and compensation will not exceed five times the service charge of the item in question.

Delicate or specialty items must be declared during booking to ensure proper handling.

7. Can I request special handling for delicate or premium items?
Yes, we specialize in handling delicate fabrics, couture, and other premium items. Please inform us during booking for proper care. Additional charges may apply for special handling.

8. What detergents do you use?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly detergents. You can also choose between:

9. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

10. What items are not accepted?
We do not accept items that are:

Extremely soiled with hazardous substances.

Infested with pests.

Wet or damp upon pick-up.

11. Do you clean large or specialty items like comforters, curtains, or shoes?
Yes, we clean:

Shoes (basic cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialty treatments)
These items may require additional processing time.

12. Can I track my order?
We will notify you when your laundry is:
